We are please to offer free of charge next day delivery for the UK.

Please note that not all pieces are in stock at the time of purchase, and allow 4 to 6 weeks for custom sizes or orders.

Please allow extra time on weekends, Bank Holidays, Christmas and Easter period.

European Delivery

European deliveries cost £50, please note custom taxes and duties are the customers responsibility.

International Delivery

For the rest of the world the cost is £75, please note custom taxes and duties are the customers responsibility.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return your piece of jewellery, you have 14 days from the date you received it to request for a refund or exchange.

Please contact us at info@reframedjewelry.com in order to start the return process.

Please note we can only accept your return if your item is unworn, in its original condition and packaging.

Please note that we have the right to refuse your return if the jewellery has not been returned in its original condition, shows signs of wear of if part of the original packaging is missing.

Bespoke jewellery or pieces that have been resized for a client cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not cover the cost of return shipments and it is your responsibility to return the piece to us safely.

Once we received your return and it has passed our inspection, we will refund you using the same method you used to make your payment within 30 days.
